* Please note that, being a live experience, no cancellations or refunds are allowed once a session is booked.
* Once a booking is confirmed, we are unable to accept any refunds, cancellations or partial refunds for absent players.
* Please book the minimum number of confirmed players if you are unsure of your team size. Extra payments can be made upon arrival subject to the maximum capacity of the game.
* Subject to availability, bookings can be rescheduled:
- free of charge if you notify us at least 3 working days from the start of your booking time
- £35 handling fee if you notify us 24 to 72 hours from the start of your booking time
- 50% of the total booking if you notify us within 24 hours from the start of your booking time
* In the event that a lockdown is enforced by the government, all affected bookings will be rescheduled or refunded free of charge.
* We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the starting time to allow for briefing and sign in.
* Please note that we reserve the right to cut your game short or reject your booking with no refund if you are more than 15 minutes late after your booking time.
* Guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be admitted.
